I’m total thrillled to announce that Eve Bliss and Kit Merchant, the hero and heroine of A Secret, a Safari, a Second Chance, my contribution to the mini series “Destination Brides” have won the “Couples” category in the Still Moments Magazine: 2020 Reader’s Choice Awards
This story about a second chance love is very special to me as I was invited to join the mini series by some of my favourite authors, Donna Alward, Barbara Wallace and Nina Singh.
It all starts at a charity auction with some fabulous prizes on offer. Eve doesn’t want to be there and when Kit, her little girl’s father arrives out of the blue, all she wants to do is run. There was a moment when they were within inches each other but they didn’t come face to face until they arrive in a luxury safari lodge in the heat of Africa.

It was a one night stand that left her the gift of a beautiful daughter and Kit with the memory of a girl he called Red simply because of her glorious red hair. Their eventual reunion seemed written in the stars – and one of my favourite bits has to be when Kit finds out about his daughter just after being given a hard time by an entire African village who raised Eve as a child. Classic, fabulous Fielding. A great read.”
