Liz’s November

I’m posting this a day early to wish you all a happy halloween! Have fun dressing up, don’t eat too much chocolate – as if! – and stay safe.

November is always a busy month. In the UK we have Bonfire Night on the 5th November, with firework parties. A bit of a nightmare for people with pets, this one. We’ll be making sure the grandkitty, Margot, is safe indoors.

On the book front, there two pieces of news. If you are following me on Facebook or Instagram it will not be news that Eloping With Emmy, a book I love, has been given a sparkly new cover and for a short while is free on Amazon and all other platforms

I also have a new edition of The Bridesmaid’s Royal Bodyguard out this month. This is an expensive large print edition

from Linford Romance, produced especially for libraries. I’ll be taking one of my author copies along as a donation to my lovely local library here in East Grinstead, but ask at your library if you prefer to read in large print.

This month the Romantic Novelists’ Association have their Christmas party and, for the first time in many years, I am able to attend. There is also going to be afternoon tea with an “In Conversation” with the fabulously talented Susanna Kearsley. Can’t wait to see her and meet up with old friends.
